  • What is a beta?

    In Android, you can join the beta program. This means you get changes and updates earlier and also enjoy experimental functions. Of course, the development team is grateful for feedback, and errors can occur in the beta program.

  • Can I safely use the app during the beta phase?

    Of course, you can! The app works perfectly, and your data is securely stored. However, as we are still in the development phase, errors may occur in exceptional cases, which we always eliminate as quickly as possible.

  • Who is behind this app? Is it Kieser Training itself?

    No, the app does not come from Kieser Training itself. It is developed and maintained on a private basis and with the support of an active community.

  • Will the app remain free forever?

    We have no commercial intentions with the app. However, in addition to the development effort, there are costs currently borne by the development team to make the app accessible to as wide an audience as possible. Currently, users can subscribe to a supporter subscription, which provides a minimal amount per month to the development team to cover costs. The supporter subscription is voluntary.

  • Do I need an internet connection for the app?

    The app does not require a continuous stable internet connection. If no connection to the server can be established, the data will be synchronized at a later time.

  • I am a Kieser Training customer in Switzerland, can I use the app?

    KraftApp supports you in training at all Kieser Training studios in Switzerland. It may be that exercises are named differently or that a device is not available in the app. In this case, contact support, and we will add the machine as soon as possible.

  • I am a Kieser Training customer in Germany, can I use the app?

  • Where are my data stored?

    All data are stored both on your smartphone and on a central server. This ensures that no data is lost, and you can easily transfer your data from one smartphone to another. When storing data on a server, we take into account the privacy regulations of Switzerland and the EU (see also Privacy Policy).
