General Notice

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection provisions (Data Protection Act, DPA) every person is entitled to privacy protection as well as to protection against misuse of their personal data. The operators of the digital service "KraftApp" take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations as well as this privacy policy.
In cooperation with our hosting providers, we strive to protect the databases as much as possible from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or falsification.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by email) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
By using the digital service "KraftApp" you consent to the collection, processing, and use of data as described below.
"KraftApp" cannot be used without registration. This is done with an email address and serves as an access key to your data. Usage data such as the use of functions, calling up screens, and the duration of stay, date, and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without these data being directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address, or email address, is collected on a voluntary basis. Without your consent, the data will not be passed on to third parties.

Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is all information related to an identified or identifiable person. A data subject is a person whose personal data is processed. Processing encompasses any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, especially storing, disclosing, obtaining, deleting, saving, modifying, destroying, and using personal data.
We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. In addition, we process personal data – insofar as and to the extent that the EU GDPR is applicable – according to the following legal bases in connection with Art. 6 Para. 1 GDPR:

  • lit. a) Processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
  • lit. b) Processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject as well as for carrying out pre-contractual measures.
  • lit. c) Processing of personal data for compliance with a legal obligation.
  • lit. d) Processing of personal data in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
  • lit. f) Processing of personal data in order to safeguard the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, which require protection of personal data, prevail.
We process personal data for the duration necessary for the respective purpose or purposes. In the case of longer retention obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict processing accordingly.

Privacy Policy for SSL/TLS Encryption

"KraftApp" uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us as the website operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Privacy Policy for Newsletter Data

To send the newsletter, we need an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the given email address and agree to receive the newsletter. No additional data is collected. We use these data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass them on to third parties.
The given consent to the storage of the data, the email address, and their use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time, for example through the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

Privacy Statement for Right to Information, Deletion, Blocking

You always have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient, and the purpose of data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of these data. For this as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can always contact us at the address given in the imprint.

Privacy Statement for Objection to Advertising Mails

The use of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby rejected. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.

Paid Services

To provide paid services, we request additional data, such as payment information, to execute your order or your commission. We store these data in our systems until the legal retention periods have expired.

Privacy Policy for Firebase Analytics

"KraftApp" uses Firebase Analytics, an analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The information collected about the use of "KraftApp" (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We would like to point out that your IP address is anonymized before being sent to Google. When anonymization is active, Google truncates IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, so no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google adheres to the privacy provisions of the "Privacy Shield" agreement and is registered with the "Privacy Shield" program of the US Department of Commerce and uses the collected information to evaluate the use of our websites, to report on them to us, and to provide other related services to us.
